Wrong stats losing psr!!!

I had this problem a lot of times and i'm so pissed off!I played ranked games that if my team was winning i would have gain 20 psr and if we were losing i would have lose 2 my psr was 500 we lost and it went to 480!I don't get it now i have to reset my psr and pay 20$ for absolutelly no reason so i think that i will stop playing hon cause it's steals my psr.Please answer me

Are you sure you read the numbers correctly?

Before i start a game i was 170psr i played the game18690737 that was20/-2 and win and my psr should be 190,then i played the game 18696065 that was 21/-1 and lose and my psr should be 189,then i played a game 18699871 that was 17/-2 and lose so i had to be 187psr,fourth game 18701650 that was 20/-2 and win so my psr should go to 207,my final game was 18705941 that was 20/-2 i won and my psr should go to 227 but after all these games my psr is 188.every time i lose a game im losin more psr than the game says so everyone ask me why my psr is too low and before today i didnt have an answer,now i have they are stealing my psr

You can check your stats there and see how much PSR was gained/lost for each match.
How did you get that low PSR o.0

I think whats happening is that you are having 20/-20 PSR at risk, but there isn't enough room in the box and it cuts it off at 20/-2.
You could please provide a screen shot showing your PSR at risk while in the lobby.

How to take a screenshot?I dont know!I dont think thats there is not enough space to show -20,its stupid and it can destroy a lot of players the psr,i think that something shady is going on here

In certain resolutions there's no space, my friend all the time saids:

"I loose -1 lets go..."
and the real balance si +5/-11 (for example)

so is probably....

In the first game you posted, the replay showed you had 21/-19 PSR at risk, according to http://stats.maide.ca/players/view/djfoukas/matches/ you lost 19 PSR from that match.

Edit: Second game posted you had 20/-20 PSR at stake, Maide's stats say you won and gained 20 PSR for it.

whether or not its a serious bug... and could have been his honest mistake... shouldnt little things like this have been fixed before game releases and stuff... i understand as gm's it gets tiresome reading threads like this but its your job no? i thought the customer was always right?

i think this is quite possibly the 0 at the end of the losing psr being cut off like vahn said. i will attempt to reproduce this.

anyone know where the screenshot is saved for pressing F5?

but i just got this ingame. letters do come out of the box but only in smaller resolutions.
