fragster sat down with Vladislav Morozjuk, formally known as phe`V who is playing for Empire Gaming. He is also very known from past DotA times where he played for teams like Aeon.ru or The Retry. He told us about Empire's win at the DreamHack qualifier and confirmed the participation for the tournament.

As Phe'V plays now, empire wont win anything. Worst doctor repulsor ive ever seen in game 1 versus DM and an insanely selfish (and maybe immature because umad about being support?) glacius in game 2.

Phe'v is doing fine, its nooblike and leen pulling the team down the shithole.
Can't win a game with 2 half brainers, they should seriously consider looking for replacements for those 2 players. The phe'v, uniqfazer and scandal trio are doing fine, and they always have.:blac:

Not sure if you saw his performance against DM. In essence both games were lost due to Phe`v doing bizzare ****. Imo only top tier material in empr is Scandal, others while good just go batshit crazy with some idiotic plays 7 times out of 10.

Empr is a great team, and Yoimhere4you is doing a good job, and nooblike really is a decent support.
Not every team can be eG/MSI.
Honestly, I think there should be a 2v2 support hero contest. Two support heroes from each team duke it out in a lane, I'm sure leen/nooblike/4you would hold up to most other top 10 teams.
And yeah, phe`V is batshit insane, Scandal is a god of ricing and Fazer plays too much pharoh, what else is new?

but yea can't deny the fact empire has been doing pretty ****in bad lately. the games against dm weren't entirely phe`v's fault, but i couldn't help but think he was throwing that game... another explanation would be trying new strategies, such as carry rylai which works pretty well in dota pubs

He always plays really selfishly.
Not only considering his last two games (failed itemchoices, too), I'm sure everyone remembers the game vs DrDz where he went no boots no tp on Hag, spent 40 minutes farming solo bot while his team clashed versus DrDz in team battles and DrDz winning every fight by a hair (him TP helping would have won the game).
Sure he had 500 GPM but in the end he couldn't outcarry the enemies. And thats how it looks like most of the games.
As a friend of mine plays for LacK, I often watched their replays, especially vs known teams such as Empire, and it was the same story there over and over again: violation_ farming and his team getting owned in clashes because he is late from tp-reg in fountain.
Selfish play dictated Empire, BUT imo you can't really blame phe'v for being egoistic considering Leen, Nooblike (and Quaix) always feed and do brainless moves and they wouldn't win games anyways if Scandal and phe'v don't carry hard

He basically plays every game like he just joined a shitty no ab to counter-stomp. Nooblike might be the worst support on any top team.

Like it's already been mentioned, phe`v sort of NEEDS to play that way and try to outdo most of the enemy team because him and Scandal are carrying the rest of Empr in every single game, and that's got nothing to do with the roles they play. If anyone's even seen Blow in a top tier DotA game, you'd call him anything but selfish.
