Our clan have done scrims before and are starting to get back into them since college has started. (Need a reason to not study). We are looking for 1650-1750.

We are all USE but we can play on any US server. We are on at random times but most are on durning the evening hours (7pm-1am).

You may join our clan channel where we run USE no stats inhouses and I'm sure our members wouldn't mind scrimming no stats as well. We are slightly higher psr range than you are requesting, but this would be good for improvement
