I reset all of my public stats 3 days ago, and ever since then my PSR is not being calculated after a win or a loss. I've played 3 ranked matches and it's still sitting pretty at 1500. The time since the first match has been at least 60 hours. What should I do?
According to Madie's stats your last three games were:
Result|PSR Change
Lose| -17
Win| 17
Disconnected|No Stats
So no stats dont change psr and then psr change of +17, -17 psr would mean you should still be 1500.

thats either not been updated properly or just wrong, if you check my stats in game you can see the difference between those and "madie's"

after looking through three different stats sites (maides,thisisnewerth,official) what vahn said was probably correct

ive played only 3 games and 1 of which was a no stats game? then why do my in-game stats say 3 games played and calculating my kd ratio, xp per minute, gold per minute, etc etc, but not my psr? after each of my 3 games my psr was always 1500, it never went up nor down. im not a hon expert but i do have a fair amount of experience playing the game...
im not saying that the stat sites are lying to you, but perhaps my stats are not functioning properly, thereby giving you misleading information? it's not an imaginative problem im having here.

Like vahn said .
You win a game as plague rider : giving you +17 PSR Now=1517 .
After that game you rush into another game not giving your PSR time to update (look like 1500 again)
You lose that game as Predator : giving you -17 PSR Now=1500
You log out , log back another day : your stats look like being at a static 1500
Well now that you have played another game your psr is currently at 1484 on the in-game stats at the time of this post.
Clearly it's recording.
