There is no way to upload an all-in mod before S2 releases HoN 2.0.
This customization is a HQ model of one of the first drafts of Bombadier (afaik)

I think they said something about this model and how they have actually made it better, tweaked the animations and all kinds of stuff in HoN 2.0.
