If I logon during peak hours to channel 'clan scrim' and it's filled with a lot of people, it will join the channel but the channel will not show up on my clients UI. It gives users the impression they are banned when if they did a simple /whois on themselves, they would see they are in the channel while it appears on their client as being in no channels.
Can we fix this soon?

The last one. I can't even view myself as being in my own clan channel 'clan scrim' when it is peaking 500+ or so users. I don't see how people on Sundays are even able to find scrims if the channel isnt working for them correctly.
Basically, from how I see it, if the channel peaks X amount of users, probably over 450? that if someone auto connect joins it or even just types /join clan scrim, they wont see the channel on their clients UI, but if they /whois themselves, it will show them as being in the channel.
I figured you guys have known about this bug for quite sometime since it's been occurring for, I want to say.. 3 months or so~
Edit: This is probably an issue for smaller channels, too. I don't join channels that are small so I can't confirm it, but I would assume it occuring there..
Edit2; Diff situation, this link http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/showthread.php?t=167835 <- Entirely diff bug, but it is a real confirmed problem which I also have including my own small fix to get around it I have posted/replied to inside.
I can confirm this. I idle in that ingame channel and every now and again it doesn't show up
I suspect it is todo with the number of people in the channel. Once a channel's occupance exceeds ~500 (rough guess from what I have seen) it doesn't show in the UI
either a code issue or a limitation in how many people can be in the channel (but not handled gracefully)
