Curse of Ages typos again

Curse of Ages doesn't steal agility anymore and ingame tooltip doesn't clarify number of charges/hits needed to bash(8/7/6/5). Incorrect stuntime was already a confirmed typo.

It doesn't steal agil because it was removed in the last patch.

Tooltip typo is there though.
