Extinguish still states "Target grants no experience to enemy heroes."

The tooltip of Plague Riders Extinguish still sais "Target grants no experience to enemy heroes."
This was changed in a recent patch to a normal deny that does grant experience.
I also practice moded it and it does give xp.
