Game freezes [Soundtrack]

Everytime a new music track comes on, my game completely freezes for 2-5 seconds, happens to a few clan mates also.

It happends to me 2 i dont have any mods installed the only thing diferent is that im running ventrillo all the time that im playing the game but sometimes im not even talking by them or anyone else and it happends i dont know if it happends when the track changes or something like that but i got the crash and a terrible sound appear like a Scratch... i got a Realtek motherboard sound but it only happends when im playing hon never whit other games like BFBC2 who needs more Harware and stuff

This is what happens to me and its really frustrating :( In a recent patch(a few weeks ago) it said this problem was fixed, however many people I know still get it

Confirmed. However, I don't freeze - the game just lags heavily.
