Hero Name Benefactor

550 Range.
Base attribute and attribute gain to be determined

Skill 1 Fearful Reputation Cooldown of 10 seconds.
Enemy hero is intimidated by the army you can quickly assemble. Out of fear they are forced to run away from you for .75/1.5/2.25/3 seconds.

Silenced, Disarmed,

Skill 2 Rally troops Cooldown of 45 seconds
Summons a unit for each friendly non-player controlled unit in a 500 radius around [Hero Name]. Can have a maxiumum of 10 summoned units. If no units are around it will spawn 2 units. Units last 20 seconds.

Summoned unit:
Damage 8/16/24/32
Health 40/80/120/160
armor: 0
Movement speed shared with Benefactor
Each summoned creep is immune to non-targeted spells. (pyromancers wave, etc.)

For Hellborne the model will be a skeleton, for Legion it will be a woodland creature of some kind.

They have a bounty of 10 gold

Skill 3 Friendly Presence
Applies Friendly Boost to nearby allied units and allied heroes only when 8 or more friendly units are in range..

Friendly Boost:
provides regen health at a speed of 1/2/3/4% of their maximum life every second
Adds 25/50/75/100% chance to block 20 damage.

Skill 4 Bigger Boost - Passive
Benefactor will gain 15/30/45 health and mana and 2/3/4 damage and attack speed per friendly unit within a 1,000 radius. Benefits will be lost when unit goes out of range. (will look like a psuedo heal when a creep wave comes nearby)

My hero analysis: This would be one of the heros who would stay in a lane and potentialy jungle using passing by creep waves to summon some units. Ability #2 is not effected by player controlled units due to the imba potential of balphagore or tempest comboing off of each other.

This hero can be countered by killing enemites creeps quickly with AE abilities (though the summoned units won't die, you may be able to lower his ult's effect and get rid of the Friendly Presence.

Though I don't quite know how to impliment this, I figured Behemoth would be an amazing counter to this hero. Though I couldn't quite figure out if I would be able to word the summoned units being effected by his ultimate.

Also this hero (though not intended to be a carry type) if able to push quickly enough and with ultimate can build as a semi carry. Though I personally would recomend puzzlebox/astrolobe on him to maximize his pushing potential.

Edit: This is mainly for feedback.
Numbers can be reworked of course.
BTW, if you have a cooler name I'd love to hear it. Benefactor is pretty lame IMO :( couldn't think of anything at the time with a meaning of someone who benefits the more people are around them.

I see this guy as more of a support hero, but I'm not sure how good he would be. Also: I think that you can't really justify making this hero a agi. As an str, he could be an leader with inspiring presence on the battlefield that allows him to do all this. As a int he could be a bard of some sort, providing morale to his team and casting fear and summoning spells. But the moveset doesn't quite make sense for an agi.

Overall though, I think this hero would make a great addition to the game.

I agree, I would like him to be an int hero. However the current contest coming up is an agi pusher :/

Originally I didn't have the bonus damage and attack speed from the ult, then I realized he would be better suited to an int. So I tried to make him more agi like. If I changed the third skill I think that it might be a bit different.

(BTW, I like the bard idea)

New skill 3 idea:
Aura 700 range
gives 2/4/6/8% base bonus attack speed Plus and aditional 1/1/2/2% attack speed per nearby unit (for a maximum of 20%)
Gives 1/2/3/4 bonus damage to all nearby units and heroes for each unit.

Then change the ult to be:
The benefactor gains 5/10/15% of the damage of nearby units in a 700 range. (not friendly heroes, also not effected by catapults)

Making it into an int hero, i have a separate idea for a agi pusher. Thanks.
