Explain stats please

Can someone give me the numbers on how much Health regeneration you get per point of strength, mana per intelligence and attackspeed per agility?
Possibly show us how much 50 attackspeed equals in actual speed? is these values percentages or what?

One point of strength gives you 19 HP and 0.03 health regeneration per second.

One point of agility gives you 1 point of Increased Attack Speed and 0.14 points of armor.

One point of intelligence gives you 13 mana and 0.04 mana regeneration per level.

One point in your primary stat additionally gives you 1 point of damage.

IAS points are a percentage increase of your base attack rate. So +50 IAS gives you a final attack rate of base_attack_rate * (1 + 50/100) = 1.5 * base_attack_rate. Base attack rate is 1000/attack_cooldown, and attack cooldown is 1700 for all heroes except for magebane, who has 1450.
