[1.0.13] "Create Game" Window & Leaving Games

If you have the "Create Game" Window up while you are in a game, you will leave the game.

Recreation steps:

1) While not have joined a game yet, press the "Create Game" button to bring up the window.
2) Have a friend join a game & then click on Join Game/follow your friend/right-click on someone in a chat channel and join their game.
3) Press "Cancel" in the Create Game window.
4) You leave the game.

When you are creating a new game and meanwhile you join your someone to another game and the "Create game" window remains on your screen, then you will be disconnected from the lobby after clicking "cancel" in the "Create game" window.
