Don't know if this is intended.
When "Cursed Ground" is used on a hero and you run away after, you don't get charges on Striders until the Cursed Ground debuff has expired.

Why would you be able to run faster if u are still "in combat" ? Taking dmg stops +movespeed. I though that's obvious. Same goes in example for pyro DoT from attacks and spells.

I mean I am voodoo, uses cursed on enemy and then runs away.

Yeah, I think DoT's are messing up the boots. I noticed this as :vind: when I used Sage's Lore. My boots continually went on max cooldown until the debuff ended, at which point they started ticking down like normal again.
