Enhanced Marchers Bug?

In DotA, phase boots do not let you phase through Earthshaker's Fissure or the Power Cogs of Clockwerk Goblin. In HoN you can phase through both of these.

Sorry if there is a bug section of the forums. I couldn't find it so I thought it would be more appropriate here.
