If you buy something few sec (1-5~) before the game was paused you can not sell it for a full refund....

just happened in my friends game and it should be looked at, he missclicked and they paused moments earlier and just the second it was paused he just bought a ring of the teacher.

yes ! ofcourse, it happened as i watched my friend play matchmaking, while i was teaching him about all heroes he was against. ill get it within the hour !

and well its just as the game starts, and he buys beginner items, missclicks once and then it gets paused and as the pause wares off he doesnt get a full refund

Oh, he made a Ring of the Teacher.

By default, assembled items cannot be refunded for the full price even if you're within the grace period. Idejder said this is intended.
