Looking for a banlist mod

im looking for a banlist mod that helps me banning people ingame with a few clicks so that i can add or select a short description.
Is there any mod lfor this?

It's easiear than that, if u write /bl add -name of player- -leaver/feeder/etc..-

For ex.: /bl add IamKongor leaver
