Wretched Hag's Flash

In comparison to Magebane's flash the animation seems to make the blink slow. Would just suggest to bring them both in line.

I think this is intentional, due to QoP's blink.

Speaking of her, Wretched Hag's Flash will cooldown and spend mana if you use it during Pebble's Chuck ability. You'll just be brought back to the Chuck targeted location afterwards. In fact, why are units even capable of casting spells during Chuck?

It's the "you're considered at the location of the cast until the animation has finished story" - the blink just seems to have a really (cool) but long cast time for a blink.

The flash delay seems too long for me too. It isn't instant tp like in Dota.

During her Flash animation though, I'm pretty sure she has a split second of invul. So although it seems to be slow, it has its uses.
