Hi all, i'm Nonirik =)

I'll do a new translation by myself to HoN, I tired of this guy's who made this translation with all word's.. Like: FROM::: "Magebane tears a rift in a target unit's mind, stunning it briefly. He then detonates the rift, dealing damage in an area around the target based on how much Mana the target has missing. The more Mana the target is missing, the higher the damage dealt."

TO ::: "Magebane coloca um Rift na mente da unidade, deixando ela paralizada e causando um dano baseado na quantidade de Mana que o alvo tem sobrando. Quanto mais Mana o alvo tiver, mais dano irá receber."

Não vejo grande problema com a tradução, sinceramente. Estás a tentar tornar a frase mais explicita mas não acho que nesta situação seja preciso. Acaba por tornar a tradução menos intuitiva.

I don't see any problem with the translation to be honest. All you're trying to do is make it clearer but you end up making it less intuitive.

Yeah this is the problem, if you say that is a translation I don't know portuguese anymore. That translation look's like Google translation sometimes.

Para ser mais exato peguei a ultima versão em Inglês do jogo e estou traduzindo, isso inclui Valkyrie(mirana), Succubus(Bane), Wretched Hag(Akasha), Magmus(Sand King).

Traducao Literal obviamente nao funciona, entao vc corretamente adotou uma adaptacao, perfeito. Mas na adaptacao, eh voce em particular que esta decidindo oq vai e oq nao vai :D

On your first post, i also disagree with your translation. Simply because there are many ways of adapting the text itself.

Literal translation obviously doesn't work, so you correctly adopted a different aproach, perfect. However, your way of translating feels particular. You're deciding wich info fits or doesn't.

Yours is much better but I still believe that you can improve it.

Na verdade nenhuma das duas estao completamente corretas. Rift significa ruptura/rasgo muito falado em geologia, pra explicar o fato de nascer uma cratera no fundo do oceano atlantico por causa da separacao dos continentes. Imagino que esteja tudo muito errado e eu simplesmente nem uso Pt-Br no jogo prq estraga tudo eh mais facil ler em ingles. Me disponiblizo para acabar com esses erros grotescos. Trully, none of both are completely correct. Rift means ruptura/rasgo very used in geology to explain the fact that occurs under the Atlantic Ocean caused by the continents movement. I can imagine how wrong things go because i dont even use Pt-Br ingame because it screw everything and is pretty much easier to read in english.
