Is there an official list of all the spells that trigger nullstone? I noticed not all targeted spells are blocked.

I would like to know as well whether or not Nullstone copies the list of spells from DotA that Linken's Sphere blocks specifically due to Warcraft 3's inherent Spell Block mechanics, if it follows the current incarnation of Linken's Sphere where the spell blocking is instead triggered, or if HoN has its own interpretation of balance for the abilities that are susceptible to spell block.

If it does not block all spells then a list of ones it blocks would be nice.

It should work for any targeted spell. Null stone works the same way as Kongors spell block, so if you want to check, if a specific spell is blocked, just try it on Kongor.

Every targeted spell should be blocked. If not, it's a bug.

Would be nice to get an official list up, even if it's just toclear myths and help new comers to the game.

I would do it... but I'm too lazy xD

Works on every targetted spell (even tb's ult)

Except electrician's two spells.

Electicians stun was the spell I noticed wasn't blocked by null. If this is the only exception then I guess a list isn't really needed. Thanks for the reply's!

Just did a little research and came to the conclusion, that it doesn't block any channeling spells (elecitrician's, pollywog's and succubus' grip), as well as spells that are not magic type spells (like electricians ultimate and nullfire blade). Everything else works finde.
I'm not sure if channeling spells are supposed to be uneffected by spellblock or if it is a 'bug', though.

That's probably because while electrician is used on a single target, it does radius damage.

Hmm, I don't like that reasoning. :p

To be honest, it should be changed to a 30s cooldown, and blocks the whole damage/effect from a single ability working on you.

BUMP Null stone doesn't block archana ult or slow OR anything at all.

Valkyrie's Javelin of Light is unaffected by Null Stone as well.

Oddly enough null stone blocks dark ladies ulti

This is intended. Null's Stone is supposed to block targetted spells. Javelin of Light is not a targetted spell.

If you need some clarification, Hammerstorm's stun is considered a targetted spell because you cast it on the hero. Javelin of Light is not, because you cast it on the ground.

And the nullstone don't block the scout's ult even if it trigger the cooldown on the nullstone.

It is not intended, actually. Null Stone is built to block spells individually seek out single units, not necessarily only spells that are *clicked* on you. (Eg. Keeper of the Forest's Root, or one blast from Moon Queen's Moon Finale).

Regardless of where you click to cast, Javelin of Light is a single target spell. In DotA, Priestess of the Moon's Elune's Arrow is countered by a Linken's Sphere, and since Valkyrie is a direct PotM port, her Javelin of Light should be blocked by a Null Stone.

Linken's Sphere only blocks some ulti's in DotA (Tree Root) due to how the spell has been *coded* by IceFrog.

Null Stone however, definitely isn't perfect in HoN.

Personally, I would always think that AoE spells shouldn't be blocked, but any and all single target spells should. This would mean that Tree's Root wouldn't (in HoN) while Scout's Ulti should.

I was wondering, does null stone go on cooldown on certain aoe spells but not blocking them, like in dota, there were a few aoe stuns and whatnot which caused linken's to go on cooldown without blocking anything.
Another one is, does null stone block ultis like hemhorrage or pyromancer's ulti? If not does it still trigger the cooldown?
