cyclone - target self

it would be cool if you could target yourself with cyclone, like in dota. it can save you from some damage over time damage.
at the moment, you cant target self.

This is one of those 6.60 changes, the majority of which haven't been implemented yet.

I imagine it wouldn't be too far off.

I really hope they bring all itens changes made in 6.60, even new itens. They are really good.
