Help! Ui problems on Mac!

Hey everyone, I use a mac, and I find it very hard to download most addons, because they are compatible with PC only. Such as Hon Mod Manager, so I can't really download any ui addons.... Anyone know a way around this? Also, it would be most appreciated if someone can tell me what addon this guy is using in the video:

That is the HonModManager thread and it has some instructions for MacOS from what I saw.

The guy in the vid is using MiniUI.
