I was reading the tooltip of Chain Lightning on Thunderbringer and I noticed it said nothing about 10% reduced damage for each bounce.
I thought this was weird because Thunderbringer is an exact clone of Zeus, and so I was wondering if the tooltip is wrong or not.

Zeus' Arc Lightning does not decrease in power with each bounce.
The original skill, Chain Lightning (previously Medusa's skill; it is Mystic Snake now) decreased with power per bounce

razor had medusa's version too, before his rework.
