In dota, a popular item on bane elemental was necrobook. Microing his combo was devastating and easy, all you had to do was pop summons, group them +hero, cast grip, and have them all right click while you shifted over and mana burned the unfortunate hero.
In HoN this is not possible. Which makes puzzlebox on Electrician/Succubus alot harder. Mechanics behind this? It is incredibly ineffecient to pop summons, group them seperately, grip a target and then go back to the group and micro that, especially in a clutch situation. It won't work out that well.

if they were made to automatically target and attack your target, like defilers ghosts, it might be a good solution, if it didnt get them killed on heros that dont use channelling disables

I'm assuming that you are referring to the particular command mechanics tidbit in DotA where commands given to a group of units will not be given to units in that group that are currently channeling, so that commands given to a group including Bane Elemental and his Necronomicon summons to attack a unit will not cause Fiend's Grip to cancel. There is a way around this, which is to summon your Puzzle Box minions, box-select Succubus with your two minions, and order an attack on the enemy, then cast your Ultimate on the target. This will result in your Puzzle Box minions attacking the target while your Succubus channels her Ultimate on the victim.

yes but you still have to micro the mana burn. After mana burning the summon is not going to attack the gripped victim by default unless he is the closest thing.
While it is certainly do-able it's alot harder then it should be, which in dota, was a breeze.
And yea Stergeary that is what I meant.

Tempest has the same problem if he's channeling his ulti.
