This hero is not near as what Rhasta was in DotA.His 1 skill is bugged.Sometimes it does hit 7 target(4lvl),sometimes only 1,sometimes 2.It needs to be fixed. His second skill cast range is way too low comparing to one that Rhasta has in DotA.Same goes for 3rd skill. Please improve this.

I kinda agree on this, Pollywog isnt used as much as rhasta now because Electrician dude is doing a better job IMO.

Pollywog's chain lightning doesn't have a big radius like rhasta did. I remember i would always target the range creep and it would hit everyone in the lane in front of it too on Rhasta.

And speaking of electrician. Him not being able to be stunned off of his grip... working as intended for a NON-ult?

Her shackle is fine in the range, the reason why people are picking electrician is more to counter omni and the fact that you cannot stun him out of his grip and it has about 150+ more range on it in terms of shackle over rhasta. He lacks the ability to push more effective/support more effective and disable more later in the game. Eventually things such as his grip not being able to be knocked out of it and the range will change. Dumb to have hero targeted spells that out range any hero attack in the game. Rhasta's forked lightining skill does need to be improved in range. If sk's orb can hit from the meele to range line why can his nuke not be able to. This has solely taken rhasta out of the solo business although its has not made him useless.

Electrician CAN be stunned out of his grip. If you use an area-of-effect stun to stop Electrician's grip, you have to remember to target the location where Electrician STARTED his grip, not his current position. Currently unit displacement in HoN works in such a way that units casting displacement spells will remain at the location where they casted the spell until the entire displacement is complete.

Slardars stun doesnt work on it either, it's only a number of certain things apparently

stergery has it right, you have to aim them right. And for the jolt, i agree the targeting is a bit screwed up
