Tundra Blast doesn't say how long the affected targets are slowed for

Debuff for Glacial Downpour has no header

Glacial Downpour says it has 400 range, but it is centered on Glacius

I also believe that all units inside the radius have the 30% movement slow and -20 attack speed applied to them even if they are not hit because the debuff has no time on it unless you leave the radius

Glacial Downpour doesn't have a slow duration because it's an aura that's applied in a 635 radius circle around Glacius.
