I'm not good at this, maybe someone can help me improve this!!

Primary: Agility(Int?)

Skills:
1: Forest sneak(active) - Ability to walk through trees, leveling up determines the duration. If you are in the forest while its runs out you can still run around/out.
2: Theif!(passive) - Steals a small amount of gold from target, creeps and NPCs at a low rate, heroes at a small % of their total, leveling up increase the rate
3: Fox hole(active) - Immedalty burrows a small hole to hide in (visable at first, but slowly disapears) and can pop out later instantly, leveling up determines how fast he digs/hides
4: Quick like fox(active) - Latches onto a target hero and damages them at a fast attack rate, but is stuck on hero until the spell is over, leveling up increases the duration

Unlike prod1gy I am going to offer you a bit of advice.

First, you want to take a look at hero template and tips: http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/showthread.php?t=10774

Second, you need way more then just what you have there for anyone to really want to bother making this a viable hero. An easy way to get an idea of this is just go to the already made heroes of dota or HoN and look at general stats of those people and copy them.

Third, We can't really help you without knowing damages, cooldowns, mana costs, and so on so you also should look at those heroes and at least get some sort of idea of what to put there.

Finally, you should really look at other posts to get an idea of what other people do so you can somewhat copy them to make your post.
