The same win a match via other team conceding, click the appropriate disconnect button in middle of the screen and later my disconnect percentage was ruined from the perfect 0%. Please can you wipe this from my records? thank you.

It doesnt look like anyone concede, looking at the replay, it just looks like all disconnected, in the thought that they conceded.

Actually that game didn't count as a leave. BUT there was two other games where you DID leave and DID count as a leave.
The game that counted as a leave was 5090894 and 4480544.
