yes i understand this, i read the MOD OPTIONS FRAMEWORK page and still cant seem to figure it out

i extracted it into the modfolder, i changed the xml to honmod still nothing?

Yes. Especially the FAQs, the thing nobody ever takes the time to read. It has surprisingly good information.

Install the framework just like any other mod.
