Kill Order?

After I had been dubbed a "Hero of Newerth" a few times, I was wondering what the order of voice commands was.
Double Tap (2), Hat Trick (3) etc.

How many kills makes you Savage Sick? that kind of thing
those are the only ones I was sure of, but they have conditions.

Double Tap and Hat Trick are two and three kills within a certain period of time and are unrelated to the other voice commentary, which has to do with how many kills you've had in a row without a death.

e.g.
3 = serial killer
4 = ultimate warrior
5 = legendary
6 = onslaught
7 = savage sick
8 = dominating
9 = Champion of Newerth
10+ = bloodbath

The other two are bloodlust (first blood) and genocide (entire team has been killed).
