Carapace.. what exactly does this break? I think I've had it break taunt from lego and not much else. Working as intended?

Precision.. First rank adds noticeable damage boost. ranks 2/3/4 don't add anything to tooltip damage. Working as intended?

Her slow ability needs either a longer cooldown or a lesser slow period. And to make her useful she should get some new skills and changes to her current skills.

Her slow ability is just stupid, the only hero that can keep you slowed forever. Unfortunately it's also the only thing that makes her useful.

Right, except her ult isn't even worth putting points into. Only thing useful on her is her first ability.

Ever played DotA?
Viper, Traxex and Pudge all have the abillity to perma slow.
Omniknight even had an slow Aura with 28% movement reduce.

But I agree wholeheartly: Arachna has little synergie in her skills and is quite weak. Especially the ultimate...
I would like to see her made into an 100% clone of Traxex.

Was one of the nicer Heroes for noobs and vs stacks :P

I think your second point was a confirmed bug - you have to die for the new rank to take effect. (http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/showthread.php?t=768&highlight=Arachna)

On that note please use the search function, most of what you have said here has already been covered in the thread I linked :) It'd be nice to keep it all in one place to save the S2 guys having to post the same replies in 3 threads as much as anything else :)

Heaven forbid you post something relevant to my original post.

1. I mentioned carapace and how it wasn't breaking debuffs. Nowhere in that post does it mention anything about what it does/doesn't break. Search.. failed.

2. I mention precision rank 1 correctly adding damage and ranks 2/3/4 not. Again.. nowhere in that post does it refer to the ranks displaying or adding damage. Search.. failed.

So far.. search hasn't impressed me, and I still don't have an answer to either of my questions. I did notice they plan to change the carapace, but I'd rather it just work correctly. Hence the question of whether it's working as intended.

Her ult is good in some matches with truesight.... But it's supposed to be "unhindered" (I'm on my phone, so I can't check how it's worded), but if you lose los the spider stops chasing. :/ I'm looking forward to a tweek on her, she's a fun hero.

Edit: the spiders sight is supposed to be unhindered. If someone could post the tool tip up that'd be great...

She's fun? The only thing fun about her is the ability to hugely slow someone constantly until one of you dies.

She's a weird hero to play for sure. I look at her as an anti-caster and anti-stealther. Right when you're about to engage a caster, activate your buff and watch him do no damage. No matter what people say, her ult is very good against agi-type heroes. If you lane with... lets say a Night Hound, at level 6, once he reveals himself, its game over for him. As the levels increase on the ult, it also lasts longer... it's dust of appearance pretty much on a hero. Although Pestilence's ult is much better, it's also a lot different. I think her spider needs to be buffed though for sure. Also, please replace the stupid Trueshot aura.

A bit more move speed on the spider would be nice, but it's not such a bad ulti.
