If u are puppeter and use orbs, will they do anything different when u trigger wiplash? in DotA, "Satanic" would give u extra life steal (like when u have luna, or dk in ulti form) and I was wondering how it works here :P

I didn't know Whiplash "gives u extras with orbs in DotA" ...

It's basically the same as cleavin from runed axe, expect that it's at range.
This means the initial target will be applied orbeffects, but not the enemies who get damaged by the splash.

I wasn't aware that Dragon Knight gave you extra lifesteal in dragon form (and I'm a little skeptical of that) but like Montey said it applies the effect to the primary target and surrounding targets take the splash damage.

Now, lets say you had a shieldbreaker on him. You'll subtract 6 armor from the main target and do additional damage from that. I'd like to know if the additional damage is splashed, or if they take the normal damage from the attack (200% or whatever damage from the whiplash though).

It doesn't, you only lifesteal from your main target. Satanic's effect got changed (+150% lifesteal for 4 seconds or something like that), but you still only lifesteal from your main target

For your Shield Breaker scenario, whatever damage you do with the -6 armor factored in will be splashed for 200% damage

Luna only stole life multiple times because Glaives essentially attacked multiple times. Has nothing to do with splash, and splashed attacks don't apply orbs, nor they do lifesteal.

EDIT: To clarify, splashed attacks apply an orb if there is one to the main target, nothing else.

Shieldbreaker and Crit chance with whiplash is INSANE if you crit on whiplash. Anything else is only going to effect the main target and not factor into the splash.

Aye, the one game where my teammates weren't Suck Incarnate and I was on Puppet Master I hard-carried it. Ended up at like 23/0/17. Roflolmao'd.

Pretty cool story there.

Previously the only reason why Luna had multi-lifeleech was when satanic was first redone and used the vampiric potion for the activated lifeleech, which allowed any damage source to leech.
