player that has dropped cannot reconnect coz of meanwhile sunken psr

i dont know if it has been reported yet, coz it may happen very seldom, but it happened during a game recently.

the game was psr up and down limited. my friend must have sunk during the game and then he got disconnect. he could not reconnect coz it said his psr was now too low to join the game.

this should be somehow corrected. :eek:

this was supposed to be fixed in 1.0.2.0, please resubmit a report if it's happening in a 1.0.2.1 or higher game(and say the server version in the thread, /gi willl tell you).
