No stats and leaver percentage

Since leaving a no stats game gives you leaver percentage, I think that they should count for reducing it too. It would work by letting no stat games count as part of your total games played, but they still won't affect your other stats.
I don't know, I just thought since leaving counts in no stats, you should be able to do this.

Leaving a nostats game doesn't increase your leave rate, mr. grey person.

I thought it didn't and I left a no stats game today, and my leaver percentage went up. Angry, I went and made this. I'm going to double check right now, but I'm pretty sure that it was no stats.
