Deadwood Uproot

The ability isn't triggering but the sound for grabbing the tree is still working. After the sound effect, the tree stays in the ground, the cooldown isn't used but Deadwood doesn't have the "Now I Have A Tree" buff. Just wondering if this is just happening for me or other people.
