Headdress glitch?

When you buy a lifetube , mystic armor & helm of the victim gives you headdress.

wondering why or is it a glitch

I believe all recipes that require two of (forgot the name) that item Shaman's Headdress requires can use a lifetube instead.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure this isn't a bug.
