View Full Version : Nymphora teleporting entire team into permanent stuck

I haven't found it on the bug reports page so...

Nymphora with (and without) Staff of the Master can teleport teammates into permanent stuck locations.

Recreating it is very easy. Just get Nymphora, and teleport to any of the corners of the map (so far I think the bottom right corner works best, but can be recreated anywhere). If you're lucky, you catch a teammate or two and reduce your work afterwards. After the teleport you use the second teleport granted by the Staff.

Can't immediately find the match ID...

This bug is very annoying, and nothing short of a homecoming stone or post haste or Nymphora deciding to teleport you back out (or blink; haven't gotten pulled in to stuck with a blinker or with portal key) can get you back out to freedom.

I'd consider this a serious bug and it ought to be fixed immediately. Many a time it has made me go FFFFUUUUUUU-...

umm this was fixed a long time ago in beta. you can simply walk out of these spots now

Yes, when i am nymphora, and some teammates are trolling - i teleport them top right in hellbourne woods behind their fountain, and they are jailed there until i choose to release them.

Heroes without escape mechanisms, homecoming stones or posthaste are seriously stuck there.

Except that you can?t... Take nymph one game and see for youself.

If you got an homecoming stone with you, you can just teleport back...

And nymph can just pull you right back. Get the point?

Edit: Also it is HAVE, not got, and for homecoming an A not an AN, since it starts with an H, a consonant, not, for example, an O, a vowel. And before anyone starts saying I failed with the "an" in front of the H, I did not, solely because the single letter, while pronounced, has a vowel at the beginning.
