I completed a game with some people in a no stats and at end I hit disconnect and apparently It exited me out of game

I mean by It exited me out of the game entirely. saw my windows 7 screen, no game.

I will need more information to go on. If you expierence the same bug again please explain in more detail. If possible include the console logs.
