Brief Description: Setting the brightness level on a different value cause other applications to change their brightness level to HoN's level.
How to Replicate: I find HoN a bit dark, so I adjusted the game brightness level to 160 (default is 100). I often multitask while the game is open (Waiting for the game to start, or matchmaking to load), using other programs, browsing the web while HoN is minimized. The problem is the increase on the brightness level of HoN also extends out of HoN, I mean, if I set the level to 160, it is like all computer is set to that level while HoN is open, so all aplications, like firefox or windows' desktop are also set to 160 brightness level.
Console.log or Match ID: Not aplicable.
