Can not close MOTD with flist open

Brief Description: It is not possible to close the message of the day with the friendslist/clanlist open.

How to Replicate: Login and open the friendslists, then try to close the motd.

Console.log or Match ID not needed.

Is this the same issue as http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/showthread.php?t=131221(so i can move it), or is this one specific to the friends list being open?
