Slab Skin+Stormspirit visual bug

Brief Description: If you have leveled Slab Skin to Pebbles and use Stormspirit on yourself, it lasts correct amount of time(-40%) but the visual effect vanishes after 2,5sec what is the original duration.

How to Replicate: Pick Pebbles in practise mode, train Slab Skin to level 4 and use Stormspirit on yourself. When up in air give Pebbles a move order somewhere.

That pic is from Practise Game obviously, I took Slab Skin to level 4 to test this bug, cry for that. :) (2min gametime and I have Stormspirit and over 12k money, yey!)

Confirmed, the cyclone is still going although Pebbles has started moving again.

When Stormspirit's debuff expires before the full duration for whatever reason, it does not expire the gadget, resulting in a whirlwind just kind of hanging around for no reason, for a few seconds at most.
