Room list does not show up

I got a friend that downloaded HoN and is trying to decide whether to buy the game or not and he wants to try the game out first. Because game is in retail i'm just letting him use my acc, but at his house whenever he tries to join a game, the game list is always empty. I don't think it's his firewall or something, he checked it to allow HoN, but i dunno for sure so...any suggestions? he can get updates and such but the game list is empty.

Get him to make sure filter-prequery is enabled, and a region is selected. E.g USW or UK.
Then refresh it. If that doesn't help, he'll need to open ports on his router for HoN. Check the tech support forums common problems sticky for the port numbers.

This is a networking issue, not a bug, so it's going into rejected.
