HoN keep popping down and up

Dont know if its on the right thread but ok

I got a problem , always when im playing on a map HoN suddenly popps down and it take 1 min b4 it open again, and then I usually are dead.

Using Gamebooster so it wont popps down but it still do.
Some1 with the same problem who got it fixed can reply me I would be Very happy and ...Happy.

Sorry for the bad langue I know im not so good writing english but I do understand it :D

Provide match ID's for games that you disconnect from.
