Description: If Bubbles is affected by visual effects like Keepers armor buff and Nome's shield, whenever Bubbles uses Shell Surf or Song of the Sea, I get spasmatic textures for the duration of the visual effects (Bubbles lack of shell or SotS animation).
My friend was getting it too and I don't know if the rest of the teammates or players got it, noone said anything tho. He's using a nVidia gfx card and I have an ATi one, and it was resting at a comfortable 60c throughout the game (which is fairly low to me).
How to replicate: Described above, Keepers armor buff seems to cause the biggest texture glitches.
