i dont know if this is a bug or what but have been told we are trying to fix it for the last month and still bno solution it afects kd psr and leaver stats to the poit were i literaly feel like i wanna quit this game and not recomend it to any 1 ever!! i have aske over and over for feedback on this subject and since no1 in s2 gaming gives 2 shits about ausi/newzealand i dont get any responce waw its a lil like the problems i have in game..
will some1 just get back to me for a change !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:
I'm not sure, my problem is that hon crashes and it asks my if I want to save crash report(mid-game or when I'm picking hero). Although it happened to say no response from server so maybe I have the same problem.

i cant retrive full game list and the games i have got dont respond to the sever if i happen to join a game and i get dced midgame 1-5 games i play do this sometimes more i can ither not join due to nonresponcive sever or it simly wont give me the option to join i went from 0 leaver to 13 pct leaver since they cleared stats so i now have a further problemb that i cant join games for leaver reasons its overly anoying and s2 games hasnt helped me 1 bit after numorous atempts to get in contact with them.. so i decided to go public

If you can't retrieve the games list, you first of all should try ticking filter-prequery and selecting a region(US West is probably best if your in Aus or NZ). Then refresh it.
If that doesn't work/shows very little(e.g 10 or less) games, it's something you need to change on your router. Go to your router and enable port forwarding for these ports.

If you are behind a really restrictive firewall that blocks outgoing connections, you'll need to allow outgoing traffic on ports 80 (login/update/), 11031 (chatserver) and 11235-11335 (game servers).
That isn't a bug though. Neither are server issues.
