Nighthound can't attack a building while in smoke bomb(if intended tooltip needs fixing)

Brief Description: While in cloud, night hound cannot ATTACK the tower.

How to Replicate: Tried to escape and kill the tower.

Hmm wasnt this patched in a while ago, thought with 0.3.* or so.
I think it's intended.

I can confirm that NH can't attack a tower in practise mode if he's in Smoke Bomb.

If it's intended then the tooltip needs to be changed to say this.

Also the second time the tooltip mentions creeps not being able Night Hound, it says whe Night Hound is in the Smoke Bomb. It should say when the creeps are in the Smoke Bomb, since ranged ones can still attack him from outside the area.

For now it's intended about the towers. I will update the tooltip. The good point is that I cleaned up the script for this significantly while checking it.
