Not sure if this is intended or has been fixed recently, but if you kill the enemies courier, and it contained bottle, the bottle is locked, and you cannot use it. To me, it would make sense to have it still usable, just not sellable, however not sure if this was intended or just a bug.

it's still their item
if I drop a minor tot and the other team picks it up they can't use it, but they can deny it

I'd be all in for enemy items being usable by you.
Should be punished hard for such a huge mistake.
This is mainly off due to griefers I believe.

I brought this up several patches ago. Does it still display the sharing icon on the bottle?

this happened to me in a game with [s2]maliken. one of his teammates ****ed up the courier and i got their boots and trees. i couldnt use the trees, even though the little recycle thing showed up in the slot, and i couldnt sell the boots. i dont see how this is deterring greifers, if i wanted to grief i could very easily feed or do other things. sucks too, cause i was all pumped to have the extra regen.
