You need 5 vote to pause the game, but most of the time when someone crash/disconnects the game only take it in account 10 to 30 seconds later.
And when that happens while the dced player is in a dangerous situation, others can't pause the game either move him/her back. It ends up with the dced player diing to the other team...
Now it doesnt really matter most of the time but when the game is tight and ur mid hero get killed because of that it can really turn the game around.
My suggestion is that teams only need 4 "yes" vote to pause the game.
