This is a pretty simple fix, that I can't believe hasn't been implemented already. For those who don't know, Tempest's Elementals split into two new elementals after they make 6 attacks on non-building units. However the newly spawned Elementals are spawned without any orders. So the original Elementals may have been attack-ordered down a lane, but as soon as they split their kids give up the fight and sit in place.
I don't think that this is a "balance" issue. It just makes more sense for tempest's 2nd generation Elementals to follow the last orders given to their parents when they split.
Currently: You have two 1st-Generation Elementals, and there are enemy creeps nearby. One is ordered to attack an enemy creep, while the other is ordered to attack an enemy hero. But as soon as they make 6 consecutive attacks, they split and the four new Elementals pick new targets using effectively random targeting priority. It's especially annoying when you miss the last few hits on a hero because your summons all decided to attack the melee creeps nearby.
Fixed: Once fixed, the Elementals would split, but the first one's two children would keep attacking the hero, and the second one's children would attack the creep. Likewise, if an Elemental had been ordered to patrol, its children would patrol the same area.
Just makes the hero a little more intuitive.
