Everyone has a "level". You probably aren't aware about it because it seems entirely pointless. I love the addition of filtering games based off of PSR (and having actual restrictions if you choose to put them in place), but what about being able to make games that require a minimum or maximum level?
PSR is (very roughly) related to ability/skill. Level, on the other hand, is related to time played / experience in HoN. If you want absolutely no newbies, require a minimum level of 8 or 10 or something, and if you want only noobies only allow a max level of 3. Game creator could decide. Then, you can filter games and only can join games where you fit the level criteria (if host made any).
This would allow yet another way to weed out players you don't want to play with, on the basis of pretty much how much they've played HoN. Also, it gives an actual use for Level. Right now, it's utterly pointless.
**Alternatively, you can just make "Noob only" "Noobs allowed" and "Pro Only" have these restrictions built it.
If you would like to see this implemented, vote yes.
