As we all know Zephers Ulti doesn't seem to be working at all, yet it hasn't even been touched despite all the talk about it.

Aparently the buff to allies works (honestly I really dont think it is, considering its not noticable at all) but it definitly doesn't work properly on enemies.

On top of that it seems like an insanely weak ulti.
Something that slows attack and movement speed only moderatly for ______ (5 seconds I believe?) with a horribly long cooldown, it just seems like a terrible ulti.

Nonetheless Zepher does not have an ulti at the moment so at least fix it to what the tooltip states for now. He's an awesome hero, and possible a favorite of mine, but any hero who doesnt have an ulti is far to weak.

Ive noticed that, It seems like it reduces their attack speed, but it sure doesn't reduce their movement speed. And as you say the ulti itself is weak.

i think the incredibly tight aoe it has is also very hindering. its very easy to just step outside the aoe the moment it is casted

It would be better, in my opinion, if this was map-wide. I don't think this would be overpowering considering its nature. Perhaps a duration nerf would be in order, but it would be a neat ultimate like that instead of the weak range it has right now.

The other problem are his tornadoes, but that's a different thread.

Zeph's ult works... I don't really know enough to say if it needs reworked, but I don't see why it would. It's not game-winningly good, but it's certainly good enough to merit getting.

I donīt think zephyr is balanced either..
but anyways, havenīt played him much, cause I didnīt like his play-style much...

This. It really should follow him plus give some other sort of buff.

He's just a bad hero as is. He isn't a hero killer, and he makes a very lousy support hero. So where does he fit? No where.

Unfortunatly I agree it needs a fix but seems like mostly luck on your part.

He's already a great hero, I see him dominate games even with his horrible ult. They should still remake it though. I don't think it fits his hero very well. Should maybe be a windwalk that when it breaks instead of extra damage it makes extra damage reduction? Sounds interesting. Has to have a short dura (10 secs) and a long CD (75 secs?)

Hes a tank, just like the electrician is, but a tad more offensive and a bit more mobile.

Hes overall a good hero that his skills work with him.

Evasion skill - awesome
Leap - Awesome, leap in to the fray as an initiator or for hero kill, and leap out for escape.

Tornadoes, I think he should get 1 tornado every kill. In addition he gets a + 5%/10%/15%/20% chance to receive an additional tornado if an enemy creep dies within a XX distance from Z.

His ult should def follow, good idea from up above, should last 8/12/16 seconds, Increase attack speed of allies, decrease attack speed of Enemies and give them a 9/18/27% chance to miss on attack (Curse from WC3)

And ditch the movement buff/debuff

he has good skills, great, really freakin good, except that he's bugged.
1: Tornado pathing issues (they dont follow very well when you leap or at all when you teleport.
2: Ult is crappy for cost/cd, bugged?
3.Tornadoes die within 50 seconds, this kinda chains him to either neutralling every 40some seconds, or risk himself to getting creeps in lane, this... is ok but imo there should be some sort of mechanism that increases the time inwhich he has these tornadoes, be it sacrificing life or mana to keep them with him.

Zephy's ult absolutely crushes towers. Its fine the way it is IMO. I can attest that the attack speed buff at least is working properly. Popping the ult on top of a tower with your friendly heroes wailing on it speeds up the process like crazy, not to mention making it slightly harder for enemies to retaliate.

The only use I found for his ulti is BDing and taking tower.

It is extremely good for a 5v5 push vs. towers/rax. Gives your team quite an edge and the enemy has no choice but to fight in it.

Other than that, building Zephyr like old Visage (damage reflect/tank build), its still pretty nice because you can sit in it and tank/reflect damage while being able to speed up your attacks.

People tend to attack you in it because they assume Zephyr is squishy.

If, and I emphasize on this, Zeph's ulti did work as intended, it would hardly be better than NH's cloud.

They should make the ulti to be around Zephyr always. Passive ulti would synergy better with other skills and tornados could buff the ulti (more tornados -> better ulti).

That's a good idea, make it passive AOE based on his tornadoes.

It wouldn't be overpowered because he can't always keep his tornadoes up, but it would be extremely useful in team fights if he goes in with full tornadoes.

I've never really had it consistently work. I use it to put towers, and that works sometimes, but in team fights I don't think I've ever seen it work against enemies.

It's almost like the developer wanted to make a passive/support/tank hero, but they failed to realize he falls short on all accounts.

It's the fact that he can farm a 15 minute heart, if tanking is needed, or a 17min radiance, with ease.
